deficient in patients with viitligo.
One of the newest treatments for vitiligo is laser treatment therapy. As the photo therapy, which uses ultraviolet light to stimulate the melanocytes in your skin. Unlike photo therapy, however, that focuses light by a laser, for what promises to be more effective and causes fewer side effects.
A treatment that is not used often involves the use of a chemical to remove a uniform skin pigmentation, so that the patient's skin is smooth instead of spotted.
Doctors also sometimes use a combination of different treatments, sometimes with very good results. The results of treatment depend largely on the severity of the case.
